Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
How do I return?
Pack all the returned items securely in a mailing bag. You can use the mailing bag the items arrived in or another mailing bag if you prefer. Affix the address label on the slip provided to your parcel. Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. Please note, we DO NOT offer free returns, this cost is your responsibility. We recommend sending back your items tracked as we cannot be held liable for any items that fail to reach us.
What items are returnable?
- Within 14 days from the date of purchase
- In unused and resell-able condition
- In the original packaging.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:

Are returns free?
For UK returns, you can return via your local post office but this service is not paid for and this cost will be your responsibility. Please note, we recommend sending back your items tracked as we cannot be held liable for any items that fail to reach us.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
